'Endless rapists, conmen and chancers': a region's people, described by their crimes.
Hundreds of black-clad Patriot Platform activists descended on Portsmouth on the night of September 6 after a small-boat arrival. Four days after writing that "third world conmen" were being placed ahead of British people, RupertLowe10 posted on X again on September 11 about people arriving from poorer countries, writing of "endless rapists, conmen and chancers from the third world". No individual is named and no crime described. The sentence assigns rape and fraud to people by their region of origin, and endless says the supply has no limit. RadioGenoa had written the day before that migrants in Ceuta "will commit endless crimes". The RupertLowe10 post was seen 203,830 times.
Rapists and conmen are words for people caught doing specific things. Put in front of from the third world, they become a description of everyone from that part of the world, and endless says there is no end to them. The people it covers are guilty on arrival, by birthplace.
The demand that Europe refuse to share the continent settles the reading. It asks that a whole category of people be kept out of Europe on the strength of crimes assigned to them as a group. A fair-minded reader should see that the sentence has no case in it, only a region and a list of crimes.
