A 'terrorist state' because of its people, and a 'pseudo nation' on top.
On 2 September 2026, an account called HomerPavlos, posting from Greece, put up a message on X about Turkey and the people who live there. The post said "the pseudo nation of Turkey is a terrorist state because most of its people approve of terrorism and Islamic imperialism." That wording does two things at once: it treats approval of terrorism as something shared by Turkish people in general, and it says the country is not a real nation. The post was seen about 32,637 times, roughly 33 thousand.
Criticism of a government stays protected, however hard. This sentence is built to reach past that: the reason given for the terrorist-state label is 'most of its people,' so the charge attaches to Turkish people as a population, with approval of terrorism handed to them as a trait.
'Pseudo nation' does a second job, denying that the country is real at all. Between the two, the people are made guilty and the nation they belong to is made a fiction.
