There's no incident behind this. On 27 August 2026 the X account RadioGenoa put out two messages about Muslim people. One tied a date claim, that "Jesus was born 600 years before Islam," to the line "They aren't known for intelligence," treating low intelligence as the group's standing reputation. That post drew 112,662 impressions. The card here is the second one, posted the same day: "Over 1400 years of cousin marriages lead to disastrous consequences." No group is named in it. The arithmetic does the naming, since fourteen centuries back lands at the founding of Islam, so the claim of inherited damage falls on Muslim populations as a whole. It reached 48,604 views.
The fourteen-century clock is the only identifier in the post, and the arithmetic points at one faith: count back and the date lands at the founding of Islam. Read that way, what poses as a health observation is a hereditary-damage claim assigned to Muslim populations as a whole. The quote establishes the number; the target is the inference, and the classification rests on it.
Hiding the target in a number is the deniability. The audience this account has built decodes the number without help, and the upstream classification carries medium confidence for exactly this reason: the group is named only by the clock.
