Between 24 and 27 August 2026, a set of posts applied animal and savagery words to migrants across four countries: PaulGolding in the UK said migrants beat a white Belgian boy "like a pack of animals," NaomiSeibt wrote of countries that "imported barbaric" Muslim men, and LaurenWitzkeDE described "violent savages coming here from the Third World." On 27 August the account RadioGenoa relayed a Spanish speaker's line, "We opened borders, and beasts, animals, and savages came in," presented it as "what almost everyone thinks," and asked followers, "do you agree with his words?" The post drew 52,953 views.
An account that calls a quote what almost everyone thinks is not reporting the quote. It is adopting it, and the poll invites the audience to co-sign.
