What was said

On 29 August 2026, an account on X called RadioGenoa put up a short line about Poland's border. It said that people who cross without papers get shot by soldiers, and it presented that as the way things should work. The post reads: "If you invade Poland without documents, soldiers will shoot you. Simple." The single word at the end signs off on the killing as policy. What triggers the shooting, in the post's telling, is a person's paperwork alone, with nothing else done beyond arriving. The post was seen 61127 times.

Why it counts

The post praises Poland for exactly one thing: the shooting. Death attaches to arrival status; the only act in view is crossing.

“Simple” is the whole argument. Lethal force presented as the obvious norm other countries should envy.
