A prominent science blogger called the Defense Secretary a pig, scarcely human.
Writing about a mandatory testosterone-testing policy for troops, Myers said of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth: “He's a pig, scarcely human.”
“Scarcely human” is the line. Calling a policy stupid is argument. Removing someone from the category of people is the thing this monitor exists to count, and it counts the same regardless of who says it.
We track this one for the same reason we track the others. An instrument that only finds this on one side of the aisle isn't measuring anything.

PZ Myers, science blogger
"Don't bother testing Pete, though. He's so insecure that he's probably taking testosterone supplements already. Also, he's a pig, scarcely human."
