John Barrasso of Wyoming listed similar aims on September 4. The aims trace to a Democratic Socialists of America spokesman quoted in July.
An explicit party goal has to be written down by the party, and none of these are. No platform plank, caucus agenda, or leadership statement carries abolition of the Senate, capitalism, private property, or borders; the list traces to a DSA spokesman via the accusing camp's own July commentary. The votes cited were votes against a Republican funding bill and Republican tax provisions, which is what an opposition party does with the other party's bills.
The candidate test fails too. Arkansas Senate candidate Hallie Shoffner, confronted with a Loomer-published video of her endorsing defunding ICE, publicly said she doesn't want to defund ICE.
