Two officials questioned whether Jewish voters who backed the mayor were really Jewish. The response widened it to a camp.
After Mike Huckabee and Nancy Mace made statements about Jewish Americans who hadn't denounced Mayor Mamdani, carriers argued that Christian Zionists as a camp hold and act on an entitlement to define Jewish identity, and that donors require it of them.
The narrow version holds and is uncomfortable. Prominent non-Jewish pro-Israel officeholders publicly treated Jewish Americans' political choices as disqualifying them from authentic Jewish identity. That happened and it's on the record.
The wider version adds two things nobody showed: that the camp as a whole holds this, and that donors are the reason. A loyalty test extended from politicians to voters is a real thing to describe without needing a motive supplied on top of it.

The logic check
If the claim is right, these things should be true. Here's what we found. Each check says which version of the claim it's testing, the plain one most people would hear or the widest one the same words could carry, and whether it carries the claim's own burden or establishes the background it sits on.
If the minimal reading holds, we would expect documented instances in the window of non-Jewish pro-Israel officeholders conditioning Jewish authenticity on a political position.

If the frame's anchor quotation is accurate, we would expect the phrase attributed to the ambassador, that he is "a much more effective Jewish leader" than Jews who do not denounce the mayor, to be locatable in his own words.
MixedNot found. His posts between 21 and 24 July, retrieved directly, contain the "evil anti-Semite" statement and the call for the mayor's arrest, and contain no such phrase. The wording the carrier quotes traces to a third-party aggregator's characterisation embedded in the same post, which reads "Amb. Mike Huckabee: You ain't Jewish if you won't call Mayor Mamdani an 'anti-Semite.'" He gave broadcast interviews in the window that were not retrievable in full, so this is an unresolved attribution rather than a disproof. source
If the demand were specifically a Christian Zionist demand, we would expect the pressure on the mayor over these statements to come predominantly from non-Jewish figures.

If the motive is donor-driven, as the second carrier states, we would expect a documented financial relationship between the named representative and pro-Israel donors, cited alongside the claim.

Research verdict: mixed evidence. This is the category the underlying research assigned before we graded the individual checks, and it came back the same on every card in this set.
Both prongs clear. The primary object is the target camp's presumption and motives rather than the merits of whether the mayor's statements were antisemitic, and three operations are present. The documented parts of both posts fail the gate by design and are not what is coded: the ambassador's and the representative's own statements are on the record and reporting them is journalism. What is coded is the widening from two officials to a camp, and the donor motive supplied without evidence. Clustering is on the shared canonical claim that non-Jewish pro-Israel officeholders presume to set Jewish Americans' politics; the carriers supply different reasons why, and that divergence is recorded here rather than used to split the cluster, because the predicate about what the camp wants is the same in both. Charge stage C2: these are first codable claims on this trigger, and no in-camp deviation policing or frame consolidation was observed. Camp attribution is the weakest field on this card, per the methodology's own open question about heterodox voices, and is coded from position on this axis alone.
